Dream Catcher 1

The Native Americans of the great plains believe that the air is filled with both good and bad dreams.

The dreams play an important role in the life of the individual. Dreams can provide protection, guidance, assistance and good luck.

Historically, the dream catcher was hung in the teepee or lodge and also a baby's cradle board.

Legend has it that the good dreams pass through the center hole to the sleeping person. The bad dreams are trapped within the center, where they perish in the first light of dawn.
