The Fryin' Fountain

A well weathered wash basin from the 1930's has been transformed into the "Fryin' Fountain." Discarded long ago, this rusty bucket was creatively restored and now shines as part of a functional fountain that catches water flowing from vintage frying pans. Old and refinished red hot skillets cool down under a steady flow of water from a vintage cold water tap. Out of the frying pan and into the basin as water cascades from one to the other. Now, flowing far from the inevitable scrap heap, this recycled fountain serves up the sound of running waters and soothes the salvaged soul.
