The Hammer and the Bell   aka The Level Bell Ringer  by Monty Monty

  This level bell ringer works well where ever a bell is needed. At a desk or service counter the well balanced kinetic assemblage rings of vintage elegance. An easy pull on the wood handle sets the old tack hammer in motion until the
bell is tolled. The spring loaded hammer returns gently back to it's resting position.
