Puppy Love

Like a blast from the past, this retro sculpture resounds with visual memories and represents the excitement and anticipation of that much awaited first "Puppy Love". This Vintage Collectable Sculpture features a bright eyed puppy with the original 1949 Sonoma County dog licence tag #1198. Although his heart does spin, this little dog sits frozen in time. With one paw on a ball, he gazes quizzically into the old cone colander at the never before heard sound. He is a mixed breed with a mechanical make up not to be confused with a spring or spaniel or that other famous dog poised with his ear up.

This is one cool pup sporting a black leather collar, pierced ear and optional sunglasses. Along with his puppy love look, this little dog is made with a variety of components. Among them include...

• White enamel cup snout
• Black rubber nose
• Fork whiskers
• Black marble eyes
• White spatula ears
• Dicing jaws and teeth
• "I love my Beagle" neck charm 1969
• White baster front legs
• Fork front paws
• Pet grooming left foot
• Pooper scooper right foot

• Power blower rear end
• Door handle tail
• Shiny chrome shoulders
• Silver pitcher body
• Tin cup hips with ratchet
• Rear lock on a hook
• Black back dial
• Non neutered faucet
• Internal gears
• A dozen plus springs
• And a tub plug

This work of art includes an assembled replica
of the old phonographs of long ago and features
a 33 R.P.M. recording blank audiodisc.
It does not play.
