   1943  and in 1966 became a subsidiary of Emerson Electric.
* The nail puller: Dead On Tools was founded in 2005 producing hand tools for manual labor sectors.
* Red Devil, Inc. known for glass cutters.  Founded in 1872, the co. moved to NYC in 1898, diversified in 1929 and remains a family-owned business
